Looped Labs (the operating brand of Spurtly LLC) runs the live demonstrations on this site. This page describes exactly what happens to the information you submit. Last updated August 2, 2026.
When you submit a demo form, we collect what you type into it: your name, company name, email address, mobile phone number, and your answer to the optional question about your business.
Solely to run the demonstration you requested: a text message and email sent to you at submission, a reply if you respond, and one follow-up message. If you book a call, the information is used to hold that meeting. That’s the full list.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Messages are delivered via our messaging and email service providers (such as Twilio and Google) acting solely on our behalf. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency: up to 3 messages per demo request. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Demo submissions are retained only as long as needed to operate the demo and any conversation that follows. To have your information deleted, email david@loopedlabs.co and it will be done.
The demo is provided as-is, for evaluating Looped Labs’ services. By submitting the form you confirm the phone number and email you entered are your own, and you agree to receive the demonstration messages described above.
